Although returns for us are few and far between, they do happen from time to time for various reasons. We will refund your purchase price less a 10% restocking fee (new packaging materials and new box) plus the cost of return postage which is normally around $20 within 30 days of date of purchase. We appreciate the heat deflector be returned in original packaging or similar packaging to arrive in good condition.
